Meet Monica, your dedicated and experienced Naturopath and Remedial Massage Therapist, with over 20 years of passionate practice in holistic health. Monica's mission is to empower you to achieve balance and support for your body and mind, embracing a natural-focused approach to healing.

With a background in registered nursing and qualifications which includes an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy, Diploma in Nutrition, Diploma in Remedial and Sports Massage and training in Reiki, Monica possesses a comprehensive understanding of the human being as a whole. She combines her knowledge of scientific evidence-based practices with traditional healing techniques to create a wholistic treatment tailored to your specific needs.

A fellow of the Australian Traditional Medicine Association, Monica remains dedicated to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of natural medicine. This commitment ensures that you receive the highest quality care and the latest insights in holistic healing. Born and raised in Sweden, she now calls Sydney home and finds joy in spending quality time with her family, immerses herself in nature, takes endless walks with her Border Collie, and finds peace through the practice of yoga.

Maddy Szalay

Integrative Chiropractor | Mondays

Maddy is an Integrative Chiropractor who, after struggling with chronic injuries, allergies, and digestive issues as a child, discovered the transformative power of chiropractic care. This experience shifted her perspective on health, moving away from a reactive medical mindset to one focused on prevention and overall wellness.

She holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic, furthering her expertise with certifications in Applied Kinesiology, Neuro Emotional Technique, Retained Neonatal Reflexes, Sacro-Occipital Technique, and Body Biochemistry and Nutrition. Maddy has a special passion for working with children and families, addressing issues like learning difficulties, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and stress.

Through her practice and the foundation of Beyond Self with Dave, Maddy is dedicated to educating others on how to improve their health, feel great most of the time, and lead happier, more fulfilling lives.

Christie Callender

Integrative Chiropractor | Wednesdays

Christie is an Integrative Chiropractor who believes wellness begins with the basics, empowering the body to heal and thrive through the right tools. She combines her expertise in structural, emotional, and biochemical care to support holistic health.

Growing up with a passion for sports and wellness, Christie began her career as a Personal Trainer and Stretch Therapist. She later earned a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters of Chiropractic, with additional studies in Sacro-occipital Technique, Neuro-emotional Technique, Retained Neonatal Reflexes, and Applied Kinesiology.

Christie uses a blend of these techniques to help clients achieve optimal health, drawing from her own transformative experience with Chiropractic care and a lifelong dedication to understanding the human body.
