In this workshop, Emma will blend insightful knowledge with rejuvenating movement to nurture your digestive health.
The workshop kicks off with an engaging short talk unraveling the mysteries of digestive health. Looking at what can help and hinder digestion, bloating and constipation offering practical insights and tips.
Following the talk, we'll transition into an unique yoga session carefully curated to support digestion.
We begin with an invigorating yang practice, seamlessly
transitioning into the yin phase. The practice will target areas associated with digestive wellness. Helping to first
activate and rinse the digestive organs then calming the nervous system allowing your body to rest and digest.

30mins: Yang/Flow yoga practice
45mins: Yin yoga practice
