In this workshop Emma will blend insightful knowledge with rejuvenating movement to nurture your digestive health.
The workshop kicks off with an engaging short talk unravelling the mysteries of digestive health. Looking at what can help and hinder digestion, bloating and constipation offering practical insights and tips.
Following the talk, you will transition into a unique yoga session carefully curated to support digestion. Beginning with an invigorating yang practice, seamlessly transitioning into the yin phase, the practice will target areas associated with digestive wellness. Helping to first activate and rinse the digestive organs then calming the nervous system allowing your body to rest and digest.
You will walk away with some foundational knowledge on digestion and the microbiome. Some practical tips on what you can do at home to positively impact your wellbeing through your gut. As well as finding out what impact yoga and breathing can have on their digestive system.

30min Yang practice
30min Yin practice
Handout (emailed after the workshop) - some gut healing recipes, breathing techniques and self massage to relieve some digestive complaints.
