A detox might be the answer.

Join our group detox this Feburary and experience the benefits of a guided detox program designed for success. Detoxing on your own can be difficult, but with the support and accountability of a group, it becomes much easier to stay on track.

Throughout the program, you'll be able to share your progress, celebrate milestones, and discuss any challenges with fellow participants.

Our resident Nutritionist and Yogi Emma de Ferranti will be there every step of the way to answer your questions, provide guidance, and ensure you stay motivated.

The two-week detox program is designed by Emma kicks off with a comprehensive 2-hour workshop.

During this session, you'll learn how your body naturally detoxifies and how you can optimise this process for better health. The workshop also includes a rejuvenating Vinyasa yoga session to help you sweat out toxins and leave you feeling energised. After the workshop, you'll be equipped with all the tools you need to complete a two-week detox at home, including a full meal plan, detox supplements (RRP $49.95), and a support group on WhatsApp to keep you connected with other attendees.

Why Detox? 

Detoxing helps cleanse the body of toxins, supports liver function, and boosts overall well-being. By removing harmful substances, you can improve energy levels, enhance digestion, and promote clearer skin. Detoxing also helps reset unhealthy habits, paving the way for a healthier lifestyle and improved long-term health.

Do I need one? How do I tell if I have toxins?

A detox may be necessary when the body becomes overloaded with toxins from everyday sources like processed foods, pollution, alcohol, and chemicals in personal care products. Although the liver, kidneys, and skin naturally detoxify the body, an excess of toxins can overwhelm these systems, causing them to function less efficiently. This buildup may lead to symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, headaches, skin problems, and frequent illness. A detox helps to support the body’s natural cleansing processes, allowing it to reset and function optimally, promoting better health and vitality. 

What does the program involve?

The detox program guides you through an effective detox, specifically designed for those people who struggle with chronic health symptoms and sensitivities. Such as  Low Energy, Trouble with Weight loss, Gut health issues, Brain Fog, Immune and Skin problems . The program is a holistic journey towards wellness, combining science-based nutrition, gentle physical activities, and mindfulness practices. It's tailored to support your body's natural detoxification processes, aiding in the elimination of toxins while boosting overall health.

  • 2.5 Hour Face to Face workshop, where you receive your supplement. This includes a talk on what detoxing is, how it works in your body and what common toxins are. At the end of the talk we will embark in a  sweaty Vinyasa yoga session to kick start our detox.

Additionally, you'll have the option to book a 1:1 follow-up consultation at half price, giving you personalised advice to continue your wellness journey. Bring your yoga mat, water, and gym towel, and get ready to cleanse and rejuvenate your body in a supportive environment.

Emma, a dedicated nutritionist and yoga teacher, who advocates for holistic health. With an approach that every person and their needs are unique. She tailors the yoga practices and nutrition plans to the needs of the individual and their goals, she integrates nutritional science and latest research to empower informed choices. Recognising the holistic nature of well-being, Emma addresses emotional, social, and environmental factors alongside diet and exercise. Her compassionate approach fosters a supportive atmosphere, enabling clients to share and succeed. Through education, she equips clients with understanding to enact lasting change. Also as a yoga teacher, Emma emphasises mind-body wellness. With a passion for holistic health, Emma aims to promote wellness, one plate, one mat at a time.


Contraindications: Please consult your Doctor before undertaking the program if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have been diagnosed with heart, kidney or liver disease, currently undergoing chemotherapy.
