Maintaining physical strength and balance, mobility exercises keep us safer & stronger, injury free & more independent as we age.
Mobility exercises can allow us to stay more active, which helps regulate blood pressure, improves circulation, keeps joints and muscles flexible, and assists with balance, helping us navigate our environment more easily & freely
What can I expect from the course?
Focused mobility flows designed to even out imbalances
Neurological training to help develop the mind body connection
Proprioception patterning through fun & challenging movement patterns to keep us young at heart
Specific movement protocols designed to address pain & injury
As you start building all-round functional fitness, strength & body conditioning, you will reduce aches & pains, build stronger, more adaptive muscles & joints and stay healthy & active longer in life.
TIME: MONDAYS 4.45PM & SATURDAYS 7AM *
DATE: NOVEMBER 20TH - DECEMBER 16TH (4 WEEKS)

INVESTMENT: $100 FOR FULL COURSE
