Join us for a guided conscious-connected breathing circle where we practice breathing with intention to expand our field of energy, experience the release of emotional clearing, and explore our developmental behavior patterns that may be holding us back in life.
Our breath, always in the present moment, is our most powerful guide in life, and the bridge between body and mind. In this deeply healing process we breathe beyond our body-mind-senses to gain access to the innate healing power of our life-force energy.

When life events are too overwhelming to process, our nervous system signals the body to shut down or freeze, and as result these experiences remain stuck in our body and never fully move through us. Therapeutic Breathwork helps to complete this process by inducing a mild altered-state of consciousness with expanded stats of awareness. This facilitates more resourceful cognitive and emotional connections to complete the unfinished experience and restore our body to a more optimal state of wellbeing.
Our nervous system is always looking to self-regulate and return to homeostasis. Inthis healing therapeutic breathwork immersion we will explore:
Developmental body themes and holding patterns - All humans face the basic themesof safety, abundance, control, freedom of expression, gender identity and intimacy, and weadopt attitudes and postures around them; each being on a continuum from fear based andrestrictive, to integrated and highly functional.
Dynamic flow of masculine and feminine energies - Breathwork is a dance between the divine energies of creation; the masculine driving our focus, belief structures and patterns of conditioning, while the feminine shifts and heals emotional trauma being held in the body. As we learn to balance these energies, we can flow more effortlessly through all aspects of our life.
Journaling and home practices for integration - Breathwork will improve your relationship with yourself and others by helping you release emotional and physical behavior patterns, and providing the mental clarity and inner guidance required for self-actualisation and embodying spiritual expansion.
It’s important to remember that each individual’s experience is unique, and the process will provide your body and mind with whatever it needs in that moment.
This transformational breathwork process is guided by the life-force energy contained in every breath we take. This energy is innately intelligent and knows how to carry out millions of complex homeostatic processes without us ever having to think about it. The energy of our breath is capable of miraculous healing and is the entry point into subtler realms of consciousness that can assist in bringing a new found sense of wholeness to ones life.
These Therapeutic Breathwork Journey’s are only open to those who have doneprevious foundational workshops or private breathwork sessions with Mark.

Breathwork is a powerful healing modality and although usually a safe, deeply relaxing and enjoyable process, it can result in certain physiological changes in the body that can produce a mild altered-state of consciousness with physical and/or emotional release. It is each participant’s responsibility to listen to their body and look after their own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Be mindful of your own capabilities and act accordingly.
Please be aware that sessions can produce tingling of the hands, face or feet and emotional experiences like crying, laughing or screaming with excessive energy moving through your body.
As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for anyone thinking of practicing this style of Breathwork:
Recent surgery. Pregnancy. Detached Retina or Glaucoma. High Blood Pressure (not controlled with medication). Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke. Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen. Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes. Respiratory Issues / Asthma. Epilepsy / Seizures.
Mark is a breathwork and holistic wellness coach with over 25 years experience in the health and lifestyle space helping people to breathe and move better. His breathwork sessions are an embodied experience, helping people gain access to inner guidance and mental clarity to clear emotions that may be causing anxiety, depression, and conflicts in life.
Mark’s fitness and yoga classes are grounded in alignment and functional movement, designed for people of all demographics, ages and fitness levels to feel better, move easier, and improve their overall sense of wellbeing.
Mark has qualifications in NLP and developmental coaching, combined with over 750 hrs of Yoga teacher training which complements his ongoing studies in the field of Therapeutic Breathwork.
