What to bring:

  • a towel to lie down on

  • your swimmers

  • a towel

  • a change of clothes if you wish to change at the beach.

Please note that this event is not suitable for those with hypertension, heart arrhythmia, anorexia, or cold urticaria. Always enter the water sober—never while intoxicated, inebriated, hyperventilated, feeling faint, or under the influence of drugs or antidepressants.
